This place is amazing with a beautiful location where you can sit and have a relaxing day. The place is so beautiful that we would really love to come back with more guests. The staff is friendly and is attentive would really like to mention some name Deepali Priyanka Akshay Thummei and Navin.

Our vacation was a complete nightmare at this resort. From the accommodations to the food, everything was subpar. Despite repeatedly addressing our concerns with the manager, we received no effort or empathy from the staff. This was our tenth visit to Mahabaleshwar, a place we cherish for its relaxation, and after trying numerous hotels over the past five years, this one ranks as the absolute worst. The staff was particularly rude, which only added to our disappointment. Most reviews seem to be given through collaboration, so I advise others to be cautious and trust their instincts. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Stay was a disaster: wrong food, rude staff, constant marketing calls, refused extra cookies, overcrowded breakfast, and cramped rooms. A huge letdown. I wouldn't recommend this place.STAFF IS WAY TOO RUDE NAME: jerina, Shweta, Mitesh,and their manager

Omg! What a luxury stay. The pool, view, food, rooms everything was the best. It’s the best property in Panchgani. One should surely visit here once. My favourite was their pool and temperature controlled plunge pool. Had the best time and i am re visiting here soon

It was an amazing experience with The Cliff resort and spa the ambience is wonderful like a heaven on earth you could literally see the clouds entering your room by the balcony window the food is fingerlicking and the staff is very friendly would recommend this to everyone and The star of the property and these 2 ladies on the reception Ms Shweta and Ms Priyanka they are extremely helpful and kind

Amazing place to visit I was travelling to mahableshwar for a meeting came accross this resort just by luck it was a Thursday and this resort already was 90% occupied but luckily we got a room here the rooms over here are amazing and the staff is good at sales they convinced us so well that we ended up here for 2 nights Shweta and Priyanka were so accommodating that I would like to mention their names.

My stay at The Cliff Resort in Mahabaleshwar was a mixed experience. The resort itself is quite scenic, offering a relaxing environment that's perfect for a getaway. However, there are several areas that need their attention. They lack hospatility skills. During breakfast, I was asked politely by the staff to leave if I was done with the breakfast. That was humiliating, I was thinking of having another cup of tea. One of the first things I noticed was the slow service. It often took a significant amount of time to get requests fulfilled, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I found it inconvenient that the resort required advance payments for almost everything.Privacy was another concern. The suite we stayed in had a CCTV camera positioned outside the balcony, which was unsettling. The breakfast offered was average at best. While the food quality was decent, there wasn’t much variety or excitement to start the day with. Also they should have live counters for things like omlets. People prefer to order customise omlets. Also please ask people to enter swimming pool with proper pool manners like wearing proper swimming outfits. On a positive note, the birthday decor provided by the resort was fabulous, thoughtful and beautifully arranged, making the occasion memorable.The staff were polite and helpful, but it was clear they needed better training to handle guest needs more efficiently. Despite these shortcomings, the food overall was nice, Overall nice staff, and the serene atmosphere did contribute to a relaxing stay. ‎

The stay was amazing and the ambience is awesome the food is delicious and the staff is courteous we wanted to extend our stay stay but by the grace of God they always full. The staff is very helpful and friendly specially Shweta and Priyanka they tried their best to accommodate us

The experience was exceptional, great and to put it in correct words... Hospitality at its best... Simple and Perfect. Great job done by the entire team... Reception, Housekeeping and F&B.. A special mention for the Priyanka and shweta who went out of the way to make sure that the stay was an amazing experience and especially a memorable one.
